Poloponiesonline offers a classified ad listing service and forums for use to buy and sell horses, equipment, services, and more. We also have third party advertisers on our site.

RELEASE
Poloponiesonline only acts as a venue for listing horses, services, equipment and other items for sale. We are not involved in any actual transactions between the buyers and sellers. Because pf this, in the event you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Poloponiesonline and its owners, agents, subsidiaries and employees from claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. (The Internet Crime Complaint Center and your local authorities should be contacted if you suspect an incidence of fraud.)

ABSENCE OF GUARANTEES
Poloponiesonline cannot and does not guarantee the sale of your horse or your horse's services. Neither does Poloponiesonline guarantee the owner/seller's services, representations, or any horse's performance or fitness for a particular purpose. Sellers are responsible for being forthright and honest in their representation of the horse or item that they are selling. Poloponiesonline strongly recommends that a pre-purchase exam should be performed by a reputable veterinarian of the buyers choice before purchasing any horse. Poloponiesonline does not guarantee or warrant the performance of any third party advertising that is posted on the site. Poloponiesonline does not control the content posted on the site and, as such, cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Poloponiesonline reserves the right to delete or edit any ad to maintain the quality and legitimacy of the site.

Poloponiesonline cannot control whether you will receive your purchases from third parties, therefore we suggest that you place insurance and tracking on all items that are to be shipped to you.
Owners will be responsible for proofreading ads and confirming that correct photos and/or videos are appearing on ads, and that the content is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Early deletion or marking sold is the owners responsibility.

Service interruptions are possible, and Poloponiesonline cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to circumstances beyond our control.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to edit or delete any ad to maintain the integrity, quality, and legitimacy of the site.
Profanity and rudeness will not be tolerated. If the horse you want to advertise is currently involved in an ownership dispute, it cannot be posted on the site. If we find that there is an ad of a horse with questionable ownership, it will be deleted. We will comply with all state, local, and federal laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site for users found violating this Terms and Conditions document. There is absolutely no spamming or solicitation allowed through Poloponiesonline. Please contact us if you believe this is happening to you through our site.

PRIVACY
If you provide your personal contact information, there is a risk that it will be misused due to the nature of the internet. Poloponiesonline is not responsible for any misuse of your contact information. Poloponiesonline does not sell or release your email address. We do send out periodic newsletters to our users, which can be opted out of at any time by e-mailing info@poloponiesonline.com Please be sure to read our Privacy Policy. We may feature your ad in our newsletters. Users have to have an account and log in to the site to view your contact information.
In the event you need to mail us your photos or videos, Poloponiesonline is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs the mail. If you would like the photos or videos back, you are responsible for the return shipping. Poloponiesonline is not responsible for typos or errors appearing on advertisements. Our ads have a per-image/file fee which is subject to change at any time. All fees paid to Poloponiesonline are non-refundable. Poloponiesonline reserves the right to delete sold ads after a reasonable amount of time has passed or at the request of the buyer.

COPYRIGHTED IMAGES
Poloponiesonline cannot be held responsible for violations including, but not limited to: copyright violation, trademark violations, trade names or patents, or other content which is in violation of any local, state or federal laws.

Users are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions to use photos/videos/other media on our site. Images labelled "PROOF" will be deleted from the site. Any signatures on the images will be displayed on the site. If Poloponiesonline is informed of copyright violations created by our customers, we will remove disputed images from the site without refund or prior notice to the offender, and we may chose to revoke membership to the site. Photographers and videographers should contact the customer directly if they feel there has been any copyright violations. By using this service, all users, sellers, and buyers agree to the above terms and conditions entirely.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
Poloponiesonline recommends that you have a reputable veterinarian do a Pre-Purchase exam on any horse you wish to purchase.

Please specifically ask the seller if the horse has any soundness issues, vices, or history of any problems.
Any agreements made should be put in writing, with both party’s signatures.
